Head of Corporate Development
The client, a privately held hospitality management company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen and extensive experience within the hospitality industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the client's financial health, and supporting strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing investor relations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality or a related industry. They should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, and effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. The client values a candidate who can blend strategic oversight with hands-on financial management, ensuring that both short-term and long-term financial goals are achieved. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and working with private equity stakeholders is highly desirable.
Additionally, the CFO will work closely with other members of the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive the client's growth and profitability. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to adapt to changing business environments. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the clients future direction and success, making it an exciting opportunity for a seasoned financial leader.
