Provides leadership in all areas relating to daily operations
Sets and drives the vision, operation, and strategic needs of the organization
Develops and executes operational plans to ensure achievement of assigned strategic
priorities and projects
Develops and establishes operating policies
Appraises and evaluates the results of the overall operations regularly and
systematically
Prepares and analyzes operational and financial reports for the CEO and other members
of the Executive Team Education and experience requirements: Exceptional record of leadership
Superior project management skills
Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills
Excellent decision making and critical thinking skills
Bachelor?s degree in healthcare administration or closely related field, masters
preferred
Minimum of ten years? administration experience in a healthcare facility
