We design, engineer, and hand-assemble innovative, space-saving portable cable machines (like the award-winning ANCORE Pro) right here in the USA. Our products support athletes, coaches, gyms, and performance facilities worldwide, and every piece is built with precision and pride.
What You'll Do
- Hand-assemble complex cable trainers, mounts, accessories, and components following detailed blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly specifications with high accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, cable crimping tools, and other precision equipment
- Perform in-process quality checks and final inspections to ensure products meet our strict standards for performance and durability
- Work collaboratively in a small, family-like team to maintain efficient production flow and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe while adhering to all company safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a skilled assembler in manufacturing (fitness equipment, mechanical assembly, or precision products preferred)
- Proven ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow detailed instructions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and strong attention to detail for high-quality output
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work at a steady, productive pace
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training or certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with cable systems, torque applications, or fitness/athletic equipment assembly is a big advantage
