What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist members, providing outstanding service and accurate banking information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all member transactions.
- Identify member needs and proactively offer relevant products and services.
- Open and close the branch as needed.
- Serve as second-in-command to the Branch Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Support and coach team members to enhance the member experience.
- Research and resolve account issues in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Observe transactions and provide constructive feedback using coaching tools.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience .
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience .
- Credit union experience is preferred.
- Background in customer service, sales , or a related field.
- Experience with IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) is a plus.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- A positive, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
