Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: $60k - 80k per year + none

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate opening. This is a full-time position with significant room for professional growth. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and training maintenance personnel. Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician within the food industry is a plus. Responsibilities
Manage plant maintenance employees and daily operations.
Ensure the safety of all employees and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Develop and coach a team of maintenance technicians.
Meet volume goals , reduce claims/costs, and maximize yields.
Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and technical bottlenecks.
Oversee the preventative maintenance (PM) program.
Prepare and manage all operational paperwork and reports.
