Healthcare Office Manager - Up to $75k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, patient scheduling, and staff coordination
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate medical records, databases, and credentialing files
- Support clinicians and leadership on office and patient-related projects
- Ensure smooth daily operations of phones, scheduling systems, and technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of office or healthcare administration experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Background in medical billing, insurance claims, or credentialing
- Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office management role
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance processes
- HR support experience (onboarding, staff records, credentialing)
- Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
