Job Overview
iCIMS is seeking a Sr. Director, GTM Systems to define and own the north-star vision and reference architecture for our GTM technology stack, ensuring alignment with company growth, segmentation, and data strategy. In this role, you will establish standards and guardrails, make build-versus-buy decisions, and advise senior leadership on how systems enable operating model shifts. You will shape the roles, skills, and resourcing needed to execute the roadmap, while personally driving the design and build of strategic, high-value initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable delivery across CRM, CPQ, CLM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success, Data, AI, and integration layers.

We're passionate about helping companies build a diverse, winning workforce and about building our home team. We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.

Set Standards and Guardrails:
-

Advise Senior Leadership:
-
Translate strategy into a sequenced, funded roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes. Partner with ELT/SLT on pricing, channel, and PLG motions supported by systems.
Establish AI and Agent Guardrails:
-
Develop standards for Agentforce and other agentic solutions, including human-in-the-loop design, access control, audit trails, logging, and kill-switch patterns. Personally prototype and validate agent use cases before scaling, ensuring security and compliance.
Shape Org Design and Delivery Model:
-
Define roles, skills, and onshore/offshore mix for GTM Systems. Mentor Program Managers, Agent Architects, and Business Analysts. Manage partner strategy for elastic capacity.
Oversee Platform Security and Compliance:
-
Govern permissions hygiene, segregation of duties, and admin standards in partnership with Infosec and Compliance. Ensure change control and audit readiness.
Enable Execution Without Overlap:
-
Provide architectural sign-off and partner closely with Program Managers and Analysts, ensuring alignment to standards while staying directly engaged in high-complexity solutioning.
Qualifications
-
15+ years in enterprise or GTM systems, including experience leading architecture for B2B SaaS
-

-
Strong data architecture background, including canonical modeling, MDM, metadata, lineage, and retention practices
-
Proven record consolidating complex stacks, reducing TCO, and delivering measurable business outcomes
-
Experience establishing AI and agent standards and operationalizing agentic workflows in enterprise settings
-
Executive presence with crisp communication, financial acumen, and vendor management experience
