SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Waltham, MA . The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and experience supporting payroll operations and HRSP upgrades.

Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant job responsibilities include:

• Provide standby support to the Business Payroll Run team during weekly Monday payroll runs, ensuring prompt resolution of errors and completion of payroll cycles including bank transfers.

• Extend support for off-cycle payroll runs and resolve any errors promptly.

• Analyze and resolve complex incidents by digging deeper into technical aspects and providing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with SAP by opening incidents for ECP product-related issues and work closely until resolution.

• Prepare multiple test scenarios for SAP teams and ensure RCA documentation is shared with stakeholders for major incidents.

• Support ECP HRSP upgrades by analyzing SAP Notes, assessing impacts, preparing test scenarios, and ensuring successful upgrade completion.

Desired Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Strong technical and functional expertise in ECP processes and troubleshooting.

• Experience in payroll operations, error resolution, and off-cycle payroll support.

• Familiarity with SAP Notes, HRSP upgrades, and impact analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Details: $49.24 to $64.39 per hour
