Account Manager

LEI Corporation located in Boylston, Ma has been serving commercial properties throughout Southern New England with the highest quality service of landscape and site construction since 1987. LEI is looking for an experienced professional who is self-motivated, organized, and detailed orientated to join our team.

Key Duties:

• The Landscape Maintenance/Snow Account Manager serves as the primary contact for their assigned customers and provides direct and indirect supervision for assigned crews.
• Responsible for interfacing with contractors and vendors in a professional manner.
• Consistently and effectively coordinate, plan and execute projects that support your team’s internal strategy and timeline.
• Manage and track individual projects and follow up to make sure they are completed.
• Serve as our clients' primary contact to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of work.
• Oversee a portfolio of maintenance and snow accounts.
• Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs upselling present opportunities for enhancements and to ensure operations are meeting quality and safety standards.
• Maintains accurate and honest records such as contact reports, status reports, dashboards etc.
• Manage and update sales pipeline and obtain proper approval prior to performing any out-of-contract work.
• Follow proper corporate procedures to ensure timely billing for completed jobs.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry programs quickly.
• Prepares reports and analysis setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

Flexibility:

The core business hour that you work may change based on business needs and weather-related events.

Must have 24/7 availability during snow and ice events and/or storms.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in managing commercial accounts.

Experience working in the Commercial Snow and Landscape Industry.
