Healthcare Finance Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Finance Associate to manage financial operations and support administrative functions within a well-established healthcare practice. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and providing HR-related support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership review
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee financial transactions
- Monitor client billing and coordinate collections when needed
- Support HR-related processes, including clinician credentialing, employee onboarding, insurance enrollment, and COBRA compliance
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, HR guidelines, and healthcare regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of financial/accounting experience OR 10+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience without a degree
- Prior experience in the medical or healthcare finance sector
- Proven background in claims processing and reconciliations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (AP, AR, journal entries, credits/refunds, class tracking)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
