Team Lead Production - 1st Shift

The manufacturing facilities are geographically dispersed, with two facilities in Canada and one each in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, and North Carolina. Responsibilities & Duties Lead production in exact accordance with the product specifications, task sheets and visual standards. Support the production team in achieving daily production yields, efficiency and productivity targets. Ensure all paperwork is kept in order, completed properly and submitted on time. Maintain the highest quality & safety standards, adhering to all GMPs, Policies and Procedures. Ensure the area is kept clean and tidy at all times, to prevent potential contamination and/or injury. Prepare QA samples and documentation as needed. Liaise with relevant personnel on equipment repairs as needed to prevent and minimize downtime. Support the training, coaching and development of team members. Ensure the overall efficiency and productivity of the operation is maintained at a high standard. Help keep downtime, material and time wastage to a minimum. Ensure changeovers are smooth with minimal downtime and all time accounted for.
