What's Your Day Like?
- Analyze complex financial data to support business strategies and decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Conduct risk assessments, variance analyses, and performance tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable financial insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic planning
Skills You'll Nail (Requirements)
- 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally within the construction or project-based industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently convey findings and influence decision-making.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Blueprint Bonus Skills (What Sets You Apart)
- Experience with construction or project-based financial analysis
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or financial modeling skills
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials
