Role Summary:
This role is an hourly full-time position. Primary responsibilities are performing hands-on remediation work and interacting with customers at the job site. Handy skills are great but we will generally be able to provide all training required to perform the work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, drive, and maintain the service vehicle and associated equipment/materials.
- Explain work to customers
- Complete remediation tasks such as evaluation, setup, extraction, demolition, breakdown, and monitoring.
- Document job performance using software and paperwork
- Train new technicians
- Help with dispatching, estimates
Requirements:
Able and willing to:
- Drive/travel locally in southeast MA area to jobs
- Work in potentially challenging job sites
- Work occasional flexible hours/overtime
- climb ladders, work at height/confined space
- Walk, stand, drive, sit, perform repetitive labor, lift up to 50lbs
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent, previous work experience
- Valid license, good driving/record
- Handy skills/experience handling and operating vehicles, equipment, tools are strongly preferred
- Able to use/operate technology like computers, smart phones, and tablets
- Safety/IIRC/etc trainings/certifications a plus
- Multilingual skills a plus
