Job Title: Packaging Associate (Entry Level)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-orientedPackaging Associate (Entry Level)to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be stationed at the final stage of the manufacturing process, where you’ll ensure that products are accurately counted, carefully packed, and ready for shipment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clean, organized, and team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Remove finished products from the production line and verify counts against order sheets
• Pack items securely into boxes for delivery
• Check in with your supervisor at the start of each shift for your daily assignment
• Rotate across different production lines to learn labeling, stacking, packing, and scrap handling
• Complete work order forms based on the day’s production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately
• Experience with injection molding or extrusion equipment is a plus

Work Environment

• Cleanroom setting with required safety glasses
• Temperature-controlled facility for comfort year-round
• Paid breaks: one 15-minute and one 30-minute per shift

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
