Sales Executive
we are looking for a Sales Executive who shares our obsession with food and commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to build relationships, manage budgets, and isn't afraid to cold-call busy chefs or step into bustling kitchens to get the job done. Key Responsibilities: Be the voice of Baldor: Represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm in every customer interaction. Drive revenue growth: Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying and acquiring new business. Own your numbers: Monitor and maintain sales budgets daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Sell actively: Introduce and recommend current and new products to customers through calls, meetings, and on-site visits. Develop smart pricing: Create and manage pricing structures that align with customer needs and business goals. Lead collaboratively: Supervise and delegate daily responsibilities to team members where applicable. Know your competition: Track industry trends, monitor competitors, and gather market insights. Contribute strategically: Recommend updates to products, services, and policies based on customer feedback and performance data. Resolve issues thoughtfully: Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining strong client relationships. Stay informed: Participate in workshops, connect with our farms and partner communities, and engage with our product offerings regularly. Qualifications: A strong passion for food and an in-depth understanding of the industry A love for matching the right products with the right customers Experience managing target accounts and building long-term client relationships 4+ years of successful sales or relevant experience A dedication to high standards, professionalism, and quality in all you do Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills A proactive, get-it-done attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities Leadership skills with a passion for organization and team success Proficiency with computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
