REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have substantial experience in several of the following areas: software licensing, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), professional services contracting, outsourcing, enterprise software system implementations, cloud computing services, hosting, contracting implications of AI, and transactional support (due diligence, drafting/review of reps and warranties, and other transactions). The candidate must have strong writing, analytical, and oral communication skills. The qualified candidate should have educational, legal work, or non-legal work experience demonstrating capabilities in the areas of technology, licensing, or professional services delivery or management.

To be considered, the candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the California Bar will be a condition of employment. Capability and desire to work as part of a team is essential. Candidates who are well-rounded, motivated, and willing to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment are encouraged to apply.
