In this role, you'll be the front line of our customer service and technical excellence, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments
• Troubleshoot issues with hydronic systems, ductless mini splits, VRF, rooftop units, and traditional split systems
• Communicate clearly with clients about findings, recommendations, and service options
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
• Ensure timely and professional service in compliance with company standards and local codes
• Utilize low-voltage wiring knowledge for system diagnostics and control integration
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective problem-solving and efficient service delivery
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and wear provided safety equipment
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Proficient with low-voltage systems and controls
• Skilled in servicing hydronics, VRF, mini-splits, split systems, and rooftop units
• Leadership and customer service experience a strong plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Presentable, team-oriented, and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license required
• Licenses or certifications in plumbing or refrigeration are encouraged but not required
