We’re urgently hiring Part-Time Weekend Lifeline Supervisors to help oversee operations for a mental health and crisis call line. If you have call center leadership experience and can stay steady in high-stress conversations, this is your chance to make a difference every weekend.

• $22/hour for part-time weekend shifts (8-hour schedules)

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team of call takers during weekend shifts
• Supporting people facing emotional distress or suicidal ideation
• Coach and guide staff while ensuring documentation and escalation protocols are followed
• Juggle multiple systems and communication tools with precision

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience supervising in a call center or customer service role
• Exposure to mental health services, crisis response, or emotional support work
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional during intense interactions
