School Behavior Technician – Framingham, MA

Location:
Framingham, MA

Schedule:
Full-time, 32.5 hours per week

Pay Rate:
$35 per hour
W2, paid weekly every Friday

Contract:
Immediate start through the end of the current school year

Onboarding and Reimbursement:

• Drug screen is prepaid by Bilingual Therapies
• Fingerprinting, TB test, and physical if required by the school are reimbursed in the second week of pay upon submission of receipts
• Licensure or certification costs required to start the position will also be reimbursed

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and student engagement
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance based on student needs
• Implement IEP or behavioral support plans
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Other duties as assigned by the school team

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience working with children or students with special needs
• Preferred education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Skills: Patience, communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping students succeed
