Senior Digital Transformation Engineer | Manufacturing ERP & Automation
Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Engineer to lead enterprise-level digital initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation, and customer experience in a manufacturing environment. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic project leadership.
Hybrid (3 days onsite) | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance
Responsibilities:
- Build business cases and perform ROI analysis for digital investments.
- Develop, mentor, and guide technical teams and software developers.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable, automated digital solutions.
- Manage vendors and offshore development teams; ensure timelines and quality standards.
- Write and maintain Python scripts (Pandas, NumPy) for workflow automation and reporting.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize data, reporting, and analytics.
- Oversee company websites, domains, and analytics tools ensuring compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Lead digital projects including ERP, MES, order management, eCommerce, and platform integrations.
Qualifications/Must Haves:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 6+ years leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and drive process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy), ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), MES, and automation tools.
