Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• No new graduates accepted. Travel clinicians must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Schedule: Flexible to 5x8 or 4x10 formats; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week (approximate).
• Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date).
• Cancellation Notice: 30 days.
