A growing DPH licensed and The Joint Commission accredited community behavioral health clinic is looking for a therapeutic training and support provider. Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) is a service provided by a qualified paraprofessional working under the supervision of a clinician to support implementation of the clinicians treatment plan to assist the youth and family in achieving the goals of that plan. The paraprofessional assist the clinician in implementing the therapeutic objectives of the treatment plan designed to address the youths mental health, behavioral and emotional needs. This service includes teaching the youth to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotional responses to situations and to assist family to address the youths emotional and mental health needs. Phone contact and consultations are provided as part of the intervention.
- Identify activities for each child assigned and locate appropriate activities in the community.
- Document sessions per company policy using EMR to reflect goals and skills worked on during each session, and to ensure timely processing for billing and payroll purposes.
- Follow-up on service and program inquiries.
- Collaborate with social workers, care givers, teachers, wraparound facilitators, and school psychologists.
- Attend wrap-around meetings, staff meetings, and in-service trainings as needed.

- Attend weekly supervisions
Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related field; must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license; must be 21 or older; must be able to work evenings and weekends. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Ability to Commute:
