Test Proctor
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Test Proctor/Program Support to support testing operations and administrative activities for the Operations Training Department. This role will serve as the primary point of contact at the testing lab while also providing administrative and data entry support.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment.
Location / Schedule:
Primary coverage will be with the following schedule needs:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Tuesday, Wednesday)
- One overnight shift per week (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM), rotating between Tuesday and Thursday
Schedules may shift based on operational needs. Overnight coverage is rotational and not guaranteed weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Proctoring (Primary)
- Greet and check in employees for scheduled testing sessions
- Verify identity and testing eligibility
- Assign tests through the learning management system
- Monitor testing sessions and enforce testing guidelines
- Maintain a quiet and organized testing environment
- Troubleshoot minor login or system access issues
- Report testing irregularities to supervisors
Administrative Support (Secondary)
- Perform data entry and maintain digital records
- Transfer paper documents into spreadsheets and databases
- Organize and archive files and records
- Assist with special projects and reporting tasks
- Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers
- Support administrative needs across departments as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Strong attention to detail
