RESPONSIBILE FOR ENTIRE MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY FUNCTIONS FOR AP/AR, INCLUSIVE OF
INVOICING AND ENTERING DAARA FOR ACH, CREDIT CARD AND CHECK PAYMENTS,
COORDINATING AGING AND COLLECTION PROCESSES INCLUDING COLLECTION CALLS AND F/UP DOCUMENTATION.
MAINTAINING PROPER AR/AP DOCUMENTATION FOR MONTH AND QUARTERLY RECONCILLIATIONS AND CLOSINGS.
EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS A PLUS AND EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS A SPECIAL PLUS.
MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE AND EXCEL
FULL UNDERSTANDING OF AACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES
ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITHIN A SMALL OFFICE TEAM.
