A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join its collaborative, patient-centered care team. Provide full-scope outpatient primary care services in a team-based environment
Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of quality and best practices
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes Qualifications
MD or DO (licensed or eligible)
2+ years of experience in Family or Internal Medicine; pediatric experience a plus
Proficiency in EMR systems (3+ years preferred)
Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
