Sales Administrative Assistant
- Answer main telephone line and direct calls accordingly.
- Handle high volume email requests for quotes, status updates, spare parts, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit spare parts quotations in SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing equipment quotations, when applicable.
- Update and maintain Equipment Quote Log and Open Order Report for all sales correspondence in MS Excel
- Responsible for all sales correspondence to customers and other internal groups.
- Assist the Inside Sales Manager and other personnel as required.
- Other duties as assigned
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review open issues and discuss potential improvements.
- Position is on-site position in Wilmington, MA
- Reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
- 3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales administration.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team environment.
- Experience in a high-tech machine manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus .
