Position: Content Coordinator

Overview:

Are you ready to join the CVG squad and contribute to our mission of spreading positivity and empowerment? We're looking for a dynamic Content Coordinator to help support our Content team. Reporting directly to the Content & Community Lead , you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, creation, and execution of content across all channels, helping bring the CVG brand to life on a daily basis. In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for a team member whose passion is organization, details, processes, deadlines, accuracy, and multitasking.

• Your attention to detail allows you to ensure dates, products, and content are accurate.
• Your organization skills shine with keeping content, products, and information in their correct places.
• Your ninja-like multitasking skills let you move from task to task seamlessly.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to follow processes, while also adapting to challenges thrown your way. You ensure that teamwork always prevails and will stop at nothing to guarantee the company goals are met and success is the final output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day content needs across social media, email, website, and campaigns
• Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear
• Assist in organizing and preparing for photoshoots, campaigns, and product launches
• Assist in the set up and break down of photoshoots and lives
• Work with content and marketing team members to gather and distribute content assets
• Upload and schedule content across platforms (IG, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, our app)
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
• Proofread and review content for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Help brainstorm content ideas aligned with upcoming launches and initiatives
• Support community-focused content by identifying trends, engagement opportunities, and customer moments
  
  
• Moderate and potentially participate in lives

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in major social media platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Passionate about our company, values, and message
• Expert with spreadsheets, information tracking, project management tools, and calendars

• Deep understanding of company brand, voice, and products
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Positive energy and teamwork guru
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong time management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timelines
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively in a fast paced environment
