Sales Associate- Chestnut Hill
Position Overview
As a Sales Associate for Boggi Milano within Bloomingdale's, you will embody the sophistication of Italian menswear while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their style journey, offering personalized service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, providing expert advice on Boggi Milano's product offerings.
Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Boggi Milano's collections to inform and inspire clients.
Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand's aesthetic through proper product presentation.
Handle transactions accurately, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.
Work cohesively with colleagues to foster a supportive and productive environment.Provide an exceptional high-level service to all customers, online and offline, maximizing all contact opportunities with customers and promoting the Brand and the Product.
Be a Brand Ambassador of the brand, ensuring an image and style in line with the Brand's standards.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers with the aim of strengthening the image and prestige of the brand.
Manage sales by optimizing each phase of the commercial relationship:
Optimize each phase of the customer interaction process
Understand both explicit and implicit customer needs.
Introduce and promote products effectively.
Describe and advise on items offered.
Verify customer needs and respond to their requests.
Encourage cross-selling and up-selling.
Collect and record customer data accurately to boost loyalty.
Guide customers through the checkout process, preparing packaging and showing appreciation as they leave.
Contribute actively to the concessions upkeep, orderliness, and cleanliness, projecting a brand-aligned image.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in retail sales, preferably in high premium men’s fashion.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Knowledgeable of up-selling and cross-selling techniques
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
High standard of professionalism in dress code, punctuality, and work ethic.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
Skilled at delivering high-quality, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, seasonal styles, and popular brands.
Passionate, clear, professional, and friendly communication skills for engaging with a diverse customer base.
Proficiency in using POS software for transactions, returns, and gift card processing.
Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
Frequently lift/move up to 25lb
