Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain machine tools, hand tools, power tools, and attachments.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems, including carpentry, piping, HVAC, air compressors, and roof issues.
• Follow scheduled lubrication procedures for machines (oil and grease).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with daily and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to support uninterrupted production operations.
• Conduct and participate in monthly safety walks and quarterly safety meetings.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when needed.
• Maintain and oversee security systems, alarms, and coordination with police and fire departments; secure facility at end of day.
• Manage hazardous waste removal, storage, and labeling in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare required reports.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 months to 1 year maintenance experience
• 2 years trade school or equivalent machine maintenance experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical repair and wiring schematics.
• First Aid and CPR training
