We are looking for temporary local help to assist us in various roles at the Sanshee Booth at PAX East 2026! Working at a fast-paced, big show, like PAX can be demanding, but there is no better way to experience a convention than behind a booth!

We are primarily looking for individuals who can help 4-8 hours a day depending on shift/staffing needs. A preference will be given to those who can help with both the show and setting up/breaking down. Note: If you can only work partial days, specific days, or specific hours, please note that in your application!

Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center
415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210

Dates:
Tuesday, March 24 – Set up booth.
Wednesday, March 25 – Set up and stocking (if required)
Thursday, March 26 – Assisting at booth.
Friday, March 27 – Assisting at booth.
Saturday, March 28 – Assisting at booth.
Sunday, March 29 – Assisting at booth and break down

* Hours may change depending on necessity .

Roles:
1) Customer Service and Cashier
• Assist with loss prevention of stock by monitoring the booth traffic and engaging with customers.
• Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
• Assist other team members to help the booth operations run smoothly.
• Restock the shelves.
• Keep shelves and products organized and presentable.
• Assist with sales via the point-of-sale system.

Includes a PAX badge for the show. (Badge is non-transferrable to non-Sanshee team members)

Pay will be $20/hr. with breaks.

2) Set-up and Break-down Assistance
• Assist with booth load-in, set-up, break-down, and load-out.
• Help transfer product and booth equipment to and from the truck.
• Help assemble the booth equipment.
• Help with any clean up and trash removal to bins as required.

Includes a PAX badge for the show. (Badge is non-transferrable to non-Sanshee team members)

Availability:
Tuesday, March 24 – Set up and stocking booth.
Wednesday, March 25 – Set up and stocking (if required)
Sunday, March 29 – Assisting at booth and break down.

Pay will be $20/hr. with breaks.

Requirements for All Positions:
• Position is a temporary contract position and individuals accepting the position are not considered employees of Sanshee.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to get to work site.
• Must be able to move and restock boxes of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift if necessary (Excluding breaks).
• You must be friendly and enjoy helping customers and other team members.
• You must be accessible via mobile phone.
• Dress code is casual work-appropriate clothing in which you can easily move and close-toed shoes only. Clean clothing and basic personal hygiene are required.
