Senior Analyst Equity Administration
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Analyst Equity Administration. Responsibilities:
- Administer employee equity and stock-based compensation programs in alignment with plan requirements
- Process stock transactions and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage lifecycle of equity awards, including new grants and ongoing distributions
- Support administration of employee stock purchase programs, including enrollments, contributions, and reconciliations
- Develop and deliver employee communications, training materials, and support resources
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll
- Perform regular reconciliations, audits, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Maintain equity-related systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans, eligibility, and transactions
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Analyze data and generate standard and ad hoc reports
- Support tax-related matters associated with equity compensation
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience administering equity or compensation programs, preferably in a global environment
- Knowledge of various equity award types and high-volume transaction processing
- Experience working with equity management platforms and third-party providers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of compliance requirements and internal controls
- Familiarity with stock plan regulations and governance practices is a plus
- Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
