Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful opportunity supporting students from Pre-K through 4th grade as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming academic year. Your expertise will be vital across two welcoming school sites, providing essential services that empower young learners to communicate confidently and reach their fullest potential.
This contract role runs from August 25, 2026, through June 11, 2027, ideal for professionals inspired by school-based practice and seeking a setting where collaboration and growth are valued.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with Pre-K–4th grade students preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
- Prior school-based experience or equivalent pediatric background is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to students at two distinct school sites
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure speech-language goals are met
- Document progress, maintain required records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer professional guidance and resources to classroom teachers and families
- Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
