Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP license (CCC preferred)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with Pre-K–4th grade students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
• Prior school-based experience or equivalent pediatric background is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect therapy to students at two distinct school sites
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure speech-language goals are met
• Document progress, maintain required records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer professional guidance and resources to classroom teachers and families
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
