Business Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Chelsea, MA. Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst will review and update policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Manage the policy review cycle, coordinating input from stakeholders and implementing approved changes
- Conduct interviews with policy owners to document procedures and workflows
- Draft new policies and executive summaries to address gaps and emerging needs
- Maintain a centralized, version-controlled policy repository
- As a Business Analyst, you will establish a systematic review schedule for ongoing compliance
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions on updated policies
- Create metrics and reporting tools to monitor policy compliance and effectiveness (as time allows)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Compliance with strong focus on policy management
- Strong writing and communication (verbal, written) skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop an actionable plan to accomplish challenging objectives
