Position Summary
The Territory Manager, Diagnostics, will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by building strong relationships with physicians, nurses, laboratory managers, and other key clinical and administrative stakeholders across offices and hospitals. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, supporting product adoption, and exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling and account development.
Key Responsibilities
Present, in-service, and sell diagnostic solutions to medical professionals across multiple care settings.
Support and advise clinicians on the appropriate use of product portfolio, demonstrating proficiency in indications, procedures, and device functionality.
Leverage sales tools and materials to identify opportunities, develop new business, and achieve/exceed assigned sales targets.
Communicate value propositions and provide customer solutions that emphasize account penetration and long-term relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorâs Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or related healthcare field.
Proven ability to identify business opportunities and influence decision-makers.
Strong communication skills with advanced presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to clinicians in a hospital environment.
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
