Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Intensive Children and Family Services program in Braintree, Ma. This role provides intensive, family-focused mental health services to children experiencing serious emotional disturbances within the home and community settings.

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference:

• Provide strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners, school staff, DCF, and other service providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
• Driving is required

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
• Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community-based settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and engagement skills
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
