Piece by Piece Moving and Storage is looking for experienced movers to join our team in Clinton, MA. This role is for individuals who already understand the pace, professionalism, and skill required in the moving industry.

If you have 3+ years of moving experience and take pride in doing the job the right way - protecting customers' homes, handling furniture properly, and working efficiently with a crew - we want to hear from you.

This position is ideal for movers who want to work with a professional, organized company that values experience and teamwork.

As an Experienced Crew Member, you'll play a key role in executing residential and commercial moves safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely loading and unloading furniture and household goods

• Properly wrapping, padding, and protecting furniture and fragile items

• Assisting with packing and unpacking when required

• Working with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

• Providing a high level of service to customers on moving day

• Maintaining a safe and organized truck and job site

• 3+ years of experience in the moving industry

• Strong understanding of proper lifting and furniture protection techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

• Professional attitude and customer service mindset

• Reliable transportation to our Clinton, MA location

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely

• Competitive hourly pay ($21–$26 depending on experience)
