- Perform repetitive assembly tasks on a medical device production line while maintaining high quality standards.
- Use hand tools and manual techniques to complete delicate medical assemblies.
- Inspect assembled products visually to verify quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation in accordance with clean room protocols.
- Handle materials and components carefully to prevent contamination or damage.
- Meet production targets and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Document work as required and communicate any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to medical device manufacturing.
- Proven reliability and strong record of good attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus during repetitive tasks.
- Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work.
- Ability to follow written work instructions accurately.
- Experience or comfort with assembly, production, or similar hands-on work.
- Willingness to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
- Experience in medical device assembly or medical production environments.
- Background in clean room operations or cleanroom manufacturing.
- Familiarity with using sewing needles or sewing in a production setting.
- Experience working on a production line or in general production roles.
- Comfort using basic hand tools in a precise and controlled manner.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a clean room medical device facility that follows strict cleanliness and contamination control standards. The role is based on a 2nd shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM. You spend most of your time at a workstation on a production line, performing detailed manual assembly using hand tools, thread, and sewing needles. The environment emphasizes precision, consistency, and adherence to work instructions, with a strong focus on product quality and compliance with medical manufacturing requirements.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
