A global leader in hard asset leasing company is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor . Join a collaborative Senior Internal Audit team performing forward-thinking, risk-based audits. The role is highly consultative, emphasizing advising business units and conducting in-depth analytics. This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment with significant autonomy, advising leadership on key decisions, such as potential site closures or impairment risks. This role pays up to $150K + 15% annual bonus with generous benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in risk-based audits across business units and subsidiaries
• Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders
• Conduct process reviews and create risk and control matrices
• Analyze financial data and market-specific metrics to advise business decisions
• Report findings to Executive Management, the Board, and Audit Committees

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in external/internal audit, consulting, or leasing
• CPA, CIA, CISA, CFA preferred
• MBA a plus
• Experience with commercial leasing transactions and hard assets
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Teammate experience a plus)
