Kforce is working with a client in search of a Senior Product Operations Data Analyst (Marketo/Salesforce) to join their team in Boston, MA. This position is full-time, direct hire and on-site. • Data Analysis & Modeling: Use SQL (and optionally Python/R) to query and transform large datasets; Develop marketing metrics, attribution models, and forecasting tools to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with marketing and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions; Enable reporting automation and provide insights that drive strategic decisions
• Strong experience with Marketo and Salesforce
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL; Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
