Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Shipping & Receiving) Are you a master of the warehouse floor who thrives on precision and movement? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced operations team. If you’ve got a knack for ERP systems and can navigate a Crown forklift like a pro, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Inventory Control: Manage the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring every item is accounted for.

• Scanning & Accuracy: Utilize handheld scanners to track movements, verify shipments, and maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

• ERP Management: Input and update data within our ERP system to keep our supply chain transparent and up-to-the-minute.

• Heavy Lifting (The Fun Kind): Safely operate Crown Forklifts—both sit-down and stand-up (reach) models—to load/unload trailers and rack materials.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect shipments for damage and verify packing slips against physical counts.

What You Bring to the Table

• Forklift Expertise: Proven experience operating Crown equipment. You should feel equally comfortable in a sit-down for the dock and a stand-up for the narrow aisles.

• Tech Savvy: You’re not intimidated by software. Whether it’s SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a proprietary system, you understand how ERPs drive the business.

• Eye for Detail: You spot a shipping error from a mile away and believe that "close enough" isn't good enough for inventory.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage the rhythm of a busy loading dock. Shift times: 1st shift Monday through Saturday 6:30am to 3:00pm and 2nd shift Monday through Saturday 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
