Head of Worksite Business Development
- Build compelling products to help our advisors package and offer innovative solutions to their clients as part of their overall employee benefit offerings.
- Partner internally and externally with key constituencies including distribution, underwriting, corporate finance/actuarial and marketing to position and deliver high value solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor and industry trends as well as distribution relationships.
- Present and make recommendations to senior leadership, distribution and key distribution relationships on a regular basis.
- Current knowledge of the Worksite/voluntary benefits plan industry, competitors, products and services
- 10+ years of experience in product management/development
- Experience in marketing and distibution of worksite/voluntary and supplemental health beneftis
- Some travel required (approximately 25%)
- FSA preferred
