Lead Generation & Research Specialist
**Pageant Planet** is the leading global platform for the pageant industry, connecting contestants, directors, and coaches with tools, resources, and services to help them succeed. We’re looking for a highly skilled **Lead Generation & Research Specialist** to support **Pageant Planet (PP)** and **Modern Beauty Con (MBC)**, helping us gather and maintain accurate data on service providers and medspas across the Northeastern United States.
Pageant Planet is our most visible brand, but we also run a MedSpa, a conference, and other ventures under one umbrella. Your work will support all of these initiatives.
**You’ll Handle:**
1. Contacting coaches, photographers, and HMU (Hair & Makeup Artists) listed on Pageant Planet.
2. Entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate data on the Pageant Planet platform. Researching medspas in New England and the broader Northeastern U.S., compiling complete contact information.
3. Maintaining organized spreadsheets or databases for all collected data. Reporting on progress, completed outreach, and data entry metrics.
4. Suggesting improvements to research and outreach processes to maximize efficiency.
**What We’re Looking For:**
1. Proven experience in lead generation, data entry, or research. Strong internet research and data sourcing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach.
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with the beauty, coaching, or medspa industry is a plus.
3. Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or database management.
**Nice to Have:**
Knowledge of social media research tools.
Prior experience gathering competitive pricing data.
