Riverside Services is hiring a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team in Hopkinton, MA. With a base salary of $85,000 , this full-time position offers the opportunity to lead client relationships, coordinate high-quality service delivery, and grow commercial accounts across a dynamic portfolio.

Your Role in the Story

As a Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, building strong partnerships, understanding their needs, and ensuring our teams deliver exceptional results. You’ll lead account planning, identify service expansion opportunities, and work closely with field operations to deliver every job with quality, precision, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage long-term relationships with commercial clients
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable service plans
• Collaborate with operations, crews, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
• Coordinate site visits, scope development, and timely service delivery
• Monitor service quality, address issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify enhancement opportunities to grow account revenue
• Lead contract renewals and maintain oversight across assigned accounts
• Track account performance and prepare regular reports for internal leadership

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in landscaping, account management, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
• Knowledge of landscape industry standards, services, and best practices
• Ability to read site plans, manage budgets, and navigate client expectations
