Job Description:
The Data Analyst will analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops reports and dashboards, and ensures data accuracy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI)
- Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support AI implementation by quantifying data
- Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes
- Take ownership of databases and documentation
- Engage in continuous learning and mentorship
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or related role
- Strong SQL and Python skills (immediate proficiency required)
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX language
- Passion for coding, AI, and development
- QA-focused mindset with attention to documentation and database management
- Ability to quantify data for AI applications
- Strong problem-solving and technical explanation skills
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to statistical analysis and machine learning
- Experience in a mid-sized, fast-paced company
