Audiology Tech
Audiology Technician – Moon Hearing Services
Our audiology practice in Woburn is seeking a friendly, organized, tech-savvy assistant to support our clinicians and help provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient testing and intake
- Front desk / reception
- Clean and maintain hearing aids and equipment
- Manage patient records
- Check in hearing aids
- Provide basic hearing aid troubleshooting
- Place orders and stock office rooms
- Calibrate equipment
- Organize and order hearing aid supplies
- Schedule appointments and reminder calls
- Post messages and ads on social media
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with technology (computers, mobile devices, electronics, apps, spreadsheets, vendor/insurance portals)
- Able to quickly learn new software, clinical equipment, and systems
- Independent and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Long-term position
