Job Description:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play an integral role in our dining room's daily operations. Working directly with the General Manager, you will implement comprehensive strategies to elevate the guest experience while driving operational profitability. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining our high standards for food and beverage quality, optimizing staff performance, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring strict adherence to all company policies and local health regulations.

Qualifications:
