An overnight pharmacist position is available in a closed-door long-term care facility located in the Boston, Massachusetts area. This is a direct hire opportunity featuring a unique 7 on, 7 off schedule that provides flexibility and work-life balance. The shift hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities include conducting initial and final medication reviews utilizing the Frameworks software system (training provided), overseeing pharmacy technicians, and dispensing medications efficiently in a high-volume setting with approximately 600 prescriptions processed daily. The ability to work quickly and accurately during this busy overnight shift is essential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to new graduates willing to learn and grow
• Willingness to work with Frameworks software (training available)

• Boston, Massachusetts area (position based in Foxborough)
