Luxury Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for passionate and experienced sales associates who share our love for fine jewelry and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and educate customers about different types of jewelry, gemstones, and metals.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging shopping environment.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain and organize jewelry displays, ensuring the store remains tidy and visually appealing.
• Handle cash register transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or jewelry environment.
• A strong passion for jewelry and an interest in keeping up with the latest trends and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry maintenance and care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
