Landscaping Foreman
We're looking for a Crew Leader who is a great communicator and who has experience working with a large team. Our ideal candidate will share our company's core values and have experience creating, monitoring and enforcing quality standards on a large project. The successful applicant will take direction, reflect on their performance and make efforts to improve as they grow in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of workers performing various tasks in a particular area.
- Ensure that the work area is safe, clean, and well maintained.
- Prepare work procedures for workers to follow.
- Train workers in correct performance of tasks and inform them of any changes in procedures or work methods.
- Maintain good communication with supervisors and workers in order to provide timely information about workflow, upcoming schedules, and tasks that need to be completed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
