Ford Automotive Truck Technician

$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS AND $25,000 RETENTION BONUS!!!!

Stoneham Ford is looking to hire a Truck Mechanic to work on Gas and Diesel Fords F250-F750. Stoneham Ford has been family owned and operated since 1927 and the Largest volume ford dealer in New England . Our shop does over 25,000 Repair orders per year. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Ford Certifications preferred
• Ford A/B Technician
• Dealership experience a plus
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

Pay: $75,000 - $150,000
